Jacob Sturm, Innovation Chef at Monin, graduated with a degree in culinary arts with aspirations of becoming a chef. His culinary career started in casual dining, but he later transitioned to fine dining after discovering a passion for elevated dishes and fusion flavors. Chef Jacob loves to use his creativity in the kitchen to marry his two favorite cuisines, Asian and Italian.
