For most, the best part of springtime is the warm weather and cool breeze it brings. For me, the buzzing of bees and scent of flowers in the air has always signified so much more. It meant that delicious spring flavor was on the way. It’s a time to spring forward with fresh herbs, blossoms, bold citrus, berries and hints of smooth honey of course. I’ve created a few fresh and light cocktails that embrace my favorite of these seasonal tastes - delicious honey. These drinks are perfect for a cool night on the porch or a sunset stroll. Albahaca zumbante de Moras
Ingredients
- 35 ml whisky de miel
- 3 mL Sabor Concentrado de Albahaca (Basil)
- 15 ml Puré de Mora (Blueberry)
- 60 ml mezcla de agave sour
- splash cerveza de jengibre
- 60 ml soda
Garnish: Arándanos azules (blueberry) , Rueda de limón , Albahaca
Instructions
- Mezclar los ingredientes en la coctelera según el orden indicado, excepto la bebida espumosa.
- Tapar y agitar enérgicamente.
- Colar en un vaso frío.
- Llenar con la bebida espumosa.
- Adornar.
