Spiced Pumpkin Custard Pie

- 1 (14 - ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 (9 - Inch) premade graham cracker pie crust

Preparación
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In a mixing bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, spiced pumpkin purée, lemon juice and egg yolks and whisk together until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake the pie in the oven for 15 minutes, or until thickened and almost fully set.
- Remove the pie and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Store in the refrigerator until fully chilled and ready to serve.
