Pumpkin Pie White Chocolate Ganache

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb. white chocolate - chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter - softened
  • 1/2 cup Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup

Preparación

      1. Place the white chocolate in a mixing bowl.
      2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from the heat and immediately pour over the white chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes.
      3. Add the butter and whisk until the mixture has come to a smooth consistency, then allow to cool to room temperature, stirring frequently.
      4. When the mixture has cooled add the pumpkin pie syrup and whisk until well incorporated and  completely smooth.
      5. Use immediately or store in the fridge overnight. Serve cold or warm, as desired.
