Pumpkin Pie White Chocolate Ganache
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb. white chocolate - chopped
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter - softened
- 1/2 cup Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup

Preparación
- Place the white chocolate in a mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat the cream to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from the heat and immediately pour over the white chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes.
- Add the butter and whisk until the mixture has come to a smooth consistency, then allow to cool to room temperature, stirring frequently.
- When the mixture has cooled add the pumpkin pie syrup and whisk until well incorporated and completely smooth.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge overnight. Serve cold or warm, as desired.
