Pumpkin Pie Panna Cotta
Ingredientes
- 2 packets powdered gelatin
- 6 Tbsp. cool water
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup

Preparación
- Sprinkle gelatin over the cold water in a bowl and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Pour the cream and sugar mixture over the bloomed gelatin and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and the pumpkin pie syrup.
- Lightly oil eight custard cups with a neutral tasting oil.
- Divide the panna cotta mixture evenly into prepared cups, then chill until completely set and firm, at least 2 hours – preferably overnight.
