Honey Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 cup tea
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Tamaño: 1 cake.

Preparación

      1. Preheat oven to 320° F and spray a bundt tin with cooking spray.​​
      2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the spices until they are fully incorporated.
      3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix oil and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs in one by one then add in the syrup, tea, and vanilla.
      4. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet until fully incorporated. Add the batter to the greased bundt tin then bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.​​
      5. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.​
