Honey Cake
Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Honey Syrup
- 1/2 cup tea
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Tamaño: 1 cake.
Preparación
- Preheat oven to 320° F and spray a bundt tin with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the spices until they are fully incorporated.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix oil and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs in one by one then add in the syrup, tea, and vanilla.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet until fully incorporated. Add the batter to the greased bundt tin then bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.
