Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream
Ingredientes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Monin Black Cherry Puree
- 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparación
- In a microwave safe container, combine chocolate and whole milk and microwave for 2 minutes.
- While this is in the microwave, combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated together.
- Mix the chocolate and the milk together until the chocolate is completely melted into the milk, microwave longer if needed.
- Combine the chocolate milk mixture with the cream mixture until well incorporated.
- Pour ice cream mixture into ice cream machine of choice and allow to run until the ice cream becomes extremely thick and solid (about 45 minutes).
- Transfer ice cream to a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
