Caramel Apple Butter Cookies
Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter - softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Monin Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups all - purpose flour
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt

Preparación
- Preheat oven to 350º F. and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Using an electric mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the caramel apple butter syrup and beat until well combined.
- Add the egg and beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, milk powder, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and beat gently until the ingredients just come together and are well combined.
- Using a 1-ounce scoop, place the cookie dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets with roughly 2 inches between.
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
