Yuzu Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 5 cups packed fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Monin Yuzu Purée
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and purée until well incorporated and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
