Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup Monin Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
• 2 Tbsp. Monin Monin Honey Syrup
• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• 1 cup canola oil
• Salt and black pepper - to taste

Serving Size: 16oz.

Instructions:

1. In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use
