Winter Citrus Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 stick butter - softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Monin Winter Citrus Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Glass Size: 16.0.

Instructions

      1. Using an electric mixer beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
      2. Add the powdered sugar in batches and continue to mix until it has been fully incorporated.
      3. Add the winter citrus syrup and vanilla extract. Continue to beat the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the frosting is light and fluffy in texture.
      4. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
