White Peach Balsamic Viniagrette
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Monin Monin White Peach Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup canola or grapeseed oil

Glass Size: 16.0.
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
- With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt.
- Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
