Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 3 pumps Monin Basil Concentrated Flavor

Instructions

1. Combine the heavy cream and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and turn on medium speed.
2. Once the cream thickens and begins to stand up, slowly add in the basil concentrated flavor until it is fully incorporated.
3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until use.
