Spiced Pumpkin Jerk Wing Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup scallion - chopped
  • 1/4 cup Monin Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic - chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper - optionally deseeded
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Instructions

      1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and purée until it comes to a smooth consistency.
      2. Cover tightly and store refrigerated until use.
