- 1 cup sauvignon blanc wine 1 cup white balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup white sugar sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons Monin Yuzu Fruit Purée

In a sauce pan over medium heat add wine, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and reduce to 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and add Monin® Yuzu Fruit Purée.
