Roasted Bell Pepper Jam

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz roasted red bell peppers, small diced​
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar​
  • 1/2 cup Spiced Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar​
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper​
  • 1/2 tsp. salt​

Serving Size: 1 pint.

Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot and set to medium heat.​​​
    2. Allow to come to a simmer and reduce by 2/3 (about 10 minutes).​
    3. Once reduced, remove from heat and taste for seasoning.​
    4. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in thew refrigerator for future use.​
