Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs​
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar​
  • 1/2 cup Monin Black Sugar Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted​
  • 2 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)​
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract​
  • 8 oz pecans​
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared raw pie shell​

Serving Size: 1 (9-inch) pie.

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.​​
    2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients until well combined.​​​
    3. Add in the pecans and mix until well combined.​
    4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.​
    5. Bake the pie on the prepared sheet pan in the oven for 1 hour, or until the center is firm when lightly pressed.​
    6. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool before serving (about 4 hours)​
