Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 (15 oz) cans peaches, drained by half
- 3/4 cup Monin Black Sugar Syrup

Glass Size: 10-12 servings.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and add the melted butter to a large casserole dish.
- Combine all the dry ingredients for the topping in mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Add in the milk and whisk until just combined and pour it into the casserole dish over the melted butter.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients and mix lightly until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the batter and bake until the batter has risen to the top and is firm to the touch and golden brown (about 45 minutes).
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with the Southern Spiced Brown Sugar Ice Cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
