Lavender Lemon Mignonette Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup minced shallots
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Monin® Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
