Kiwi Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup Monin® Kiwi Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- zested and juiced
- 1 cup canola oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions

In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use
