Kiwi Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Monin® Kiwi Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • zested and juiced
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

      In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use
