Crème Caramel Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 (.25 oz) packet gelatin
- 1 qt. heavy cream
- 1 cup Monin Crème Caramel Syrup
Serving Size: 1 cup.
Instructions
- Place the water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface.
- Let the gelatin stand for 5 minutes and then microwave for 15 seconds to soften.
- In a saucepan, warm the cream, syrup, and salt over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved and mixture is smooth.
- Allow to cool until just warm, approximately 5-10 mins.
- Strain the warm cream mixture through a fine mesh sieve and pour into prepared serving dishes.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm, at least 2 hours. Once set, serve as desired.
