Ingredients:

• 8 leaf(ves) mint leaves
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Hickory Smoke Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL light rum
• ice
• Top club soda

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 16 oz. 480 mL

Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime, Pineapple

Instructions:

Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin product(s) in shaker. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
