Before you blindly embark on the obligatory consumption of anything and everything green this St. Patty’s day, I encourage you to consider this delightful Emerald Isle take on the Gin Buck.
The Irish buck is filled with the bold and traditional flavors of blended Irish whiskey eloquently paired with the memorable spice of old fashion ginger ale and finished with crisp lime juice and effervescent soda water. It happens to be a year-round favorite of mine, but is also perfectly suited to the enjoyment of this March tradition.
