I love chocolate and mint together, and using the Monin Green Mint Syrup adds a beautiful color and great flavor to this festive cocktail. When you shake and strain this gem, it tastes just like an “Andes candy” mint and it is the perfect inspiration and after dinner drink for the month of March.
