Just a Pinch Makes for a Sweet & Salty Treat
Along with Salted Caramel which is very popular right now, try adding a little salt to your chocolate, it really brings out the flavor. Just a little pinch of Kosher salt on top of your milk foam or whipped cream when drinking a mocha or latte that has a drizzle of Chocolate sauce on top does the trick. Try 1 oz. of with ½ oz. of , 2 shots of espresso and fill with steamed milk in a 16 oz. cup, stir to mix and top with milk foam, add a drizzle of to top and a small pinch of Kosher salt, sprinkle over the sauce and enjoy!
