As the cool winds and changing leaves add their exclamation to the long goodbye to summer, I’m reminded of all the opportunities and flavors that fall and the inevitable winter months present.
This cocktail represents two of my favorite flavors for this time of year, cinnamon and orange. The warm spices of Chai and the aroma of cinnamon add a pleasing contrast to the tartness of orange.
