Pumpkin Spice Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Spiced Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 375º F and grease a 9x9 pan.
      2. Mix all ingredients with a rubber spatula until incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
      3. Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick can be poked in and come out clean.
      4. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting. Freeze or wrap with plastic wrap and store for 5-6 days at room temperature.
