Pumpkin Spice Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup Spiced Pumpkin Puree
- 3 eggs
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º F and grease a 9x9 pan.
- Mix all ingredients with a rubber spatula until incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick can be poked in and come out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting. Freeze or wrap with plastic wrap and store for 5-6 days at room temperature.
