
Pomegranate Curd
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Monin Monin Pomegranate Syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the syrup and lemon juice and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the cream and sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once the sugar has dissolved completely, remove from the heat.
- Add the syrup and lemon juice mixture to the cream and whisk thoroughly. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
- Divide the mixture between 9 (2 ounce) serving dishes and chill for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
- Once chilled and fully set, serve as desired.
