Peanut Butter Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Serving Size: 10 cookies.

Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line two sheet pans with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
    2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together fats and sugars on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
    3. Add the egg and syrup, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
    4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, then gradually add them to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
    5. Scoop the dough into 1-inch portions and place on the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
    6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom.
    7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
