Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
- 1 (9 - Inch) premade graham cracker pie crust

Instructions
- In a stand mixer combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and salt and beat until the texture is light and fluffy. Once well combined, transfer to a separate mixing bowl and set aside.
- In the same stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- With the mixer running on medium speed slowly add the peanut butter syrup and whip until well combined and stiff peaks form.
- Remove bowl from mixer and gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in 3 separate batches until fully incorporated.
- Add mixture to prepared pie crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Cut and serve pie as desired, or store covered in the refrigerator until use.
