Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
  • 1 (9 - Inch) premade graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

      1. In a stand mixer combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and salt and beat until the texture is light and fluffy. Once well combined, transfer to a separate mixing bowl and set aside.
      2. In the same stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
      3. With the mixer running on medium speed slowly add the peanut butter syrup and whip until well combined and stiff peaks form.
      4. Remove bowl from mixer and gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in 3 separate batches until fully incorporated.
      5. Add mixture to prepared pie crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
      6. Cut and serve pie as desired, or store covered in the refrigerator until use.
