Oak Barrel Cowboy Butter
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 ½ Tbsp. (5 pumps) TruFlavour Oak Barrel By Monin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Instructions:
- In the bowl of stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, place all the ingredients inside and mix until just incorporated.
- In a sheet of plastic wrap, add the butter in the center then roll up the wrap and then twist the sides until the butter becomes a log.
- Place the log in the fridge for 4 hours or until fully hardened.
- Serve immediately or tightly wrap the butter and keep in the fridge.
