Dragon Fruit Mignonette
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced shallot
- 1 Tbsp. Monin Dragon Fruit Syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
- Place into a container, cover tightly, and refrigerate until use.
