Spiced Pumpkin Whipped Cream

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée

Instructions

Combine the heavy cream and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and turn on high speed.
Once the cream thickens and begins to stand up, slowly drizzle the purée in until it is fully incorporated.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until use.
