Ginger Scallion Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter - softened
- 4 pumps Monin Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor
- 4 tsp. thinly sliced scallion
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated lime zest
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Glass Size: 16.0.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl mash together the butter, concentrated flavor, scallion, garlic, lime zest and salt until thoroughly incorporated.
- Once well combined, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper and store in the refrigerator until use.
- Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and allow the butter to soften slightly at room temperature.
